Congratulations to Leslie Sims, the 2010-11 Fields Store Rookie of the Year. Leslie is in her second year at Fields Store and currently teaches 1st Grade.

Congratulations to Amy Coffey, the 2010-11 Fields Store Paraprofessional of the Year. Amy is currently the school registrar.

Fields Store Elementary students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in Greek culture with help from the famous Houston restaurant, Niko Niko’s.  Students in the Discovery Program were treated to an afternoon of Greek studies, as well as a tasting of Greek delicacies. Guest speaker and Catering Director, Kostas Veliadis, spoke to the students about following their dreams and working hard to make those dreams come true. The students in the Discovery Program are reading a book about Grecian History, by having Niko Niko’s out to the school, students gained first-hand knowledge about the culture. Thank you Niko Niko’s and the Fetokakis Family for your dedication to educating our youth.  Opa!
